We are a progressive company which is a leader in our field and we are presently in the search for an Internal Sales/Customer Service person to join our growing team. A strong background in metal fabrication is essential to the role. This person would be bright, energetic, customer focused and has come from a relevant industry.
Your Opportunity
The role as Internal Salesperson includes all aspects of sales and understanding customer’s needs including:
- producing quotations,
- raising orders,
- customer service and inquiries by phone, in person or email.
To perform this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- A Trade Qualification in sheet metal or fabrication will be beneficial but not essential
- Internal sales experience
- Demonstrated reliability
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of CAD drawings
- Experience in engineering workshop would be advantageous
- Customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- ITMS, M1 or other MRP software experience would be advantageous but not essential
