About the Role:
As Junior Receptionist you will carry out a number of administration tasks varying from answering phones, word processing, answering customer enquiries and maintaining a hygienic office environment.
In this dynamic and integral role you will be focusing on:
- Answering Phones- transferring internally to New Touch staff and taking messages
- Meet and Greet all visitors
- Filing
- Data entry – assisting the sales team
- Printing and collating orders, quotes as required
- Assisting management
- House keeping – helping to keep the sales office clean, neat and tidy
- Customer service and responding to customer needs
- General Office duties
You will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at high levels
- Outstanding organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and proactive
- Initiative and drive and mature intrapersonal skills
- Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with other skills also considered favorably
- Most of all have must a great sense of humour and pride in being the best at what you do
